Negative social traits appear to affect other staff members as well as patients, and note that staff can interact with patients when travelling/idle, so watch those negative social traits even with non-customer-facing professions like researchers, marketers and janitors.
You only get a bonus for teaching and research in the tutorial mission for training.
Trainees can be added/removed from a training session without penalty - the progress is saved. However, the class is cancelled if the trainer is removed.
It is unclear whether 'tireless' is a double-edged sword. Energy bar degrades slower, but all other stats stay the same? Increases the existing effect of employees staying on-shift while happiness degrades as a result of being desperate for the toilet or similar. Haven't tested this thoroughly, but it seems a problem even without this trait.

GP - 5x GP specialism - Only work in GP office
Diagnostic - 1x Radiology, 4x Diagnosis - Work in X Ray and Mega Scan
Treatment - 5x Treatment - Work in clinics (De-lux, Head Office, etc.)
Geneticist - 1x Genetics, 2x Diagnosis, 2x Treatment - Only work in DNA lab
Surgeon - 5x Surgery - Only work in Operating Theatre
Psychiatrist - 5x Psychiatry - Only work in Psychiatry
Nurses:
Diagnosis - 5x Diagnosis - Work in diagnosis rooms (General diagnosis, cardiology, etc.)
Treatment - 5x Treatment - Work in clinics (Pest Control etc.)
Pharmacy - 1x Pharmacy specialism, 4x Treatment - Work in Pharmacy only
Ward - 5x Ward Management - Work in Ward and Fracture Ward
Injection - 1x Injection Administration, 4x Treatment - Work in injection room only
I only have one janitor with 5x mechanics skill, since you only upgrade every machine twice, and once they're done they're done.
