i know he is but he have very australian fluency that he always talk about australian related. As a wiki said. He was born in nzl and raised in Australia. Which mean sniper does not care about kiwi land. Many his weapons and cosmetics named for e.g 'Sydney Sleeper'. Sydney is a Largest Australian city which is from New South Waves.
Let's say like British person born in their country, moved to US when he/she is just a baby and living in this country for very long time. This person will have american accent.
