Player 5 - Robert Devereux (Teal, Britons)
Player 6 - Jacob Astley (Purple, Britons)
Player 7 - Scotland (Grey, Celts)
Player 8 - Ireland (Orange, Celts)

Objectives

Parliamentarians (P1, P3, and P5) - Destroy all of Red’s Castles (Nottingham, Oxford, and Bristol) and kill King Charles I (Red’s Hero) to win.

Royalists (P2, P4, and P6) - Destroy all of Blue’s Castles (Hull, Plymouth, Gloucester, Poole, Pembroke and Lyme Regis) and kill Oliver Cromwell (Blue’s Hero) to win.

Scotland (P7) MUST fight with the royalists (P2, P4, and P6) to win.

Ireland (P8) MUST fight with the parliamentarians (P1, P3, and P5) to win.

Introduction

The English Civil Wars (1642-1651) stemmed from conflict between Charles I and Parliament over an Irish insurrection. The first war was settled with Oliver Cromwell’s victory for Parliamentary forces at the 1645 Battle of Naseby. The second phase ended with Charles’ defeat at the Battle of Preston and his subsequent execution in 1649. Charles’ son, Charles, then formed an army of English and Scottish Royalists, which prompted Cromwell to invade Scotland in 1650. The following year, Cromwell shattered the remaining Royalist forces and ended the “wars of the three kingdoms,” though Charles II eventually ascended to the throne in 1660.

really good map and idea. only thing i found was that there is no trigger to make players 1, 3 and 5 enemies with scotland, just a trigger to make scotland enemies with them. they stay allies with scotland. and the same with ireland and players 2, 4 and 6
