Halo 3 Anniversary Spartan NPCs

Description
This addon consists of 2 (semi) colorable Halo 3 Anniversary styled spartan NPCs, both have different base colors, one white, and one blue. These models DO NOT belong to me and I take no credit for such. All orignal model creators/contributors will be listed below. DO NOT republish or otherwise redistribute any content contained within this addon without proper consent from myself or the other contributors/creators.
