Needs pac3 to work,read my guide about how to use these dupes on my academy. It has working viewmodel,animated charging animation and decent effects.
It adds the railgun function to your shotgun,it can be used by holding E,a beam will be shot after some seconds,it will last 2 seconds then it will shut down. It's strong enough to kill a player in 2 seconds. I had to remove the effect from first person because you ended up having the sparks on your face and you couldn't see where you were shooting.
