The story is interesting but the first decking encounter is too challenging in my opinion. I found myself repeating the encounter 4 times before I *finally* got through it. Not a fun experience - that should be rebalanced, IMO.

For once, a parent-teenager dynamic that feels organic. Most adults forget how teens actually act, and how parents easily (albeit unintentionally) come across as tyranical.

I also like the whole "stay away from society" mentality that Dad has. It's clear that he'd primarily driven by ghosts of the past, but I think it'd be nice if it didn't end with a typical "Dad was right, Teen learns, chopping wood ever after" manner.

But that's just me, really. Good work, so far!

Oooohhhh..... Something new for DragonFall... Any details of what to expect?

This is my first post, really ever, so I am choosing my words very carefully. I enjoy the community and the effort which precedes these stories for all the shadowrun games. Cal-free in chains was a masterpiece. I am only a small portion through your content/mod/story/content/whatever you call it. The story is engaging to a degree so far but I will try to give more substansive comments after completion. I aspire to create content one day in the far future. After I retire maybe. Anyways, I hope to give some substantive comments to you in the future.

Any intention to add romance options to the story? ^^
