This is "Self-propelled anti-aircraft gun 02".
It has two gate cannons like Type - 87 SPAAG[en.wikipedia.org] and Flakpanzer Gepard[en.wikipedia.org].

Controls - driver
[W,A,D,S] ... Drive a vehicle
[Button 1] ... Head lamp on/off
[Button 2] ... ring a horn

Controls - gunner
[W,A,S,D] ... Turn Gun turret and Cannon
[Button 1] ... AutoCannon
[Button 2] ... Top hatch open/close

In real life AA guns fire explosive rounds or bullets, it would be nice to have something like that.

I think, SPAAG fires aircraft and ground missiles.
