Welcome to the Rise of the Penguins Mod!

NOTE: This mod is incomplete, but I'll still update it.

Rise of the Penguins is based around three penguin tribes that have evolved to be as intelligent
as humans. These three tribes own a lot of territory in South America, South Africa, and Oceania.
Each tribe has a unique flag, unique leader and will eventually all get a unique focus tree.
Penguin Empire has a unique focus tree.
