US GOVERNMENT (RECON SATELLITE MISSION CONTROL)

We have received an anonymous tip from a United States government contractor regarding a secret recon project involving a spy satellite. Although the nature of this project is strictly confidential, we want the data from this satellite removed from their hands.

Normally, this would be impossible, as mission control for the project is usually disconnected from the public network. However, it is reported that the mission control building is currently snowed in, and so remote access has been enabled for system administration purposes.

Due to limited bandwidth, transmissions from ground to satellite and vice-versa are throttled to an unknown fixed rate between 2 and 5 cycles per packet, depending on environmental conditions.
