Mux the data from the English VHS and the Russian DVD into a single stream of data.

Alternate between video and audio bytes. Use NIL values to keep the audio and video at each frame start in sync.

The frame separators used in the input sources can be obtained from #SYMR and #SYME.

Use the more modern DVD separators #### in the output stream.
