Description
First designed in the mid 1950’s, the RPK was integrated into the Soviet Army in 1960, where it replaced the RPD. It’s intention was to complete a standardization of all small arms. This meant that ammunition and magazines could be exchanged from rifle to rifle without any issue regarding different cartridges or magazine feeding issues. In 1974, it was again modified with that intent, as the RPK-74, rechambered in 5.45x39. Both cartridges had an effective firing range of 600-800 yards, though it was possible to shoot further depending on the sights mounted.

To start off, this RPK was not actually ported by me. It was ported by AronMcZimmerMan from the game Black Ops 1. I came across his pack a long while ago, and wanted to make them more realistic. While his RPK goes off with a style similar to the actual game, mines will try and stray off into specifics. I know that last sentence doesn't make sense, but I mean this: His RPK focuses more on being a COD gun, while mine focuses on staying specific to the era. How so you may ask? Well, I've removed all camos, removed some sights I feel weren't appropriate for the environment, removed a lot of unnecessary content to make the pack smaller, and made some changes to damage and recoil. If the recoil feels a bit too weak, I'll change it up a bit. I will also try and keep this pack updated regularly if any issues come up.

If the author has any complaints or questions to ask me, simply just add me on Steam and we can talk this out. I do not claim to have made the entirety of this, I have simply removed some extra content as well as made some changes to make the weapon more specific and realistic. I don't make content for money and simply do this for fun or to help some of my friends who wants specific guns w/o having to download so much.

How do i get the textures? Everything is normal with this but it is invisible.

It's not even ULib that does it anymore, it's whatever "Custumizable Weaponry 2.0 Rev75" is.

It actually doesn't though, I use ULib with CW 2.0 all the time and have no problems what so ever.

Ulib conflicts with CW2.0 in general, you can't expect me to fix that.

Apparently ULib causes errors with it. And I also pulled this straight from the console:

[Customizable Weaponry 2.0 Rev75] lua/weapons/cw_base/cl_model.lua:1107: attempt to index upvalue 'vm' (a nil value)

I did, but it doesn't show up at all.

Like I said before, redownload the *texture pack*.
