This mutator greatly increases the amount of gibs spawned in game. The gibs only spawn when gibbing would normally occur(The game has some requirements for logical gibbing) making this lore friendly.

Toxikk by default doesnt spawn gibs unless you're using higher graphics settings. I didn't want to change that as it might lead to people complaining and having a bad experience on lower end hardware. Frames before Gibs always.

That said, turn your graphics on to high to fully enjoy the showers of gibs as you destroy your enemies with outrageously excessive force.
