Some Old Home/Hideout for that Lime Disease thing

This is just for that Lime Disease project I'm working on, but anyone can feel free to use it if they feel like it. It requires specific mods, and I'll put them in the list when I can. Just unfreeze the door with the Physgun, it'll just open. (P.S. The reason TFA is required is because a Halo Reach shotgun is inside the cargo container (it isn't usable, but still), and without TFA, the shotgun model POSSIBLY could produce bugs. Or it might not, I honestly don't know how TFA-wired weapons will work as models without TFA.)
