For this to work, you need: all of the WAC Community addons(if you dont have them, then get them now. all of them!), and you need COD4 Vehicle props. After placing, just unfreeze the Chinook, and you can use it for background, or scenery! If theres any major problems, please let me know! I take no credit, because really I haven't made anything here. All I did was patch it all together.
