The rest of the mods needed to spawn this are in PTO Battleboat Assembly. If you have all of Assembly's mods and still cant spawn this, let me know in the comments!

The boss of the Offender AI series, Recidivist is a heavily armored monstrosity with a wide array of weapons, allowing it to absolutely dominate the battlefield:

---- When within 50 blocks, Recidivist activates its array of saws and charges at you. Recidivist's shotguns will also activate at this range.

--- When over 50 blocks away, Recidivist continues charging but switches to its quad cannons.

-- Between 51 and 100 blocks, Recidivist continues using its quad cannons but will also unpredictably fire a massive FLAK explosion.

- To compensate for its offensive power, Recidivist can only see you from 250 blocks away.
