Description
The rest of the mods needed to spawn this are in PTO Battleboat Assembly. If you have all of Assembly's mods and still cant spawn this, let me know in the comments!

This little battlebot specializes in harassment, relentlessly tracking the player and firing a large volley of spuds in a wide arc. Once activated, Offender will make sure it is always 50 blocks away from you, and will not get any closer. To activate Offender, press E on its eye.

I have spent acouple of hours trying to find mods or the mod with this, spud gun, nothing, i found, has it

-.- If you are reading this, know that the Spud guns on it, the mod for it, is either gone, or removed the spud guns, making anything with these guns, you made, unspawnible...
