Leviathan Starbase

For the sake of performance: Always set this as STATION!

SECOND UPDATE:
Added enough grav generators, should be fine anywhere on the station
Added detail to fire control rooms, blast doors, light, lcd panels
Added 4 new slaved custom turrets in north and south (lent the design back from the ‚Red Team Nestorious‘)

FIRST UPDATE:
All Platforms now movable. Platforms in hangar North and South can now retract downwards if occupied like in hangar West and East. (Check second screenshot)



This is Leviathan Starbase, a second home to every traveller. We offer everything your heart desires and more.

Features:

  • 2 docks for large ships on the bottom side
  • 2 docks for large and small ships on the top side
  • 4 hangar entrances for small ships on four sides
  • 10 landing pads for big small ships inside station
  • 20 connectors for small ships outside
  • 2 launch platforms

  • Command Center
  • A.I. Core room for scripts and timers
  • full processing equipment with refineries, assemblers, etc
  • tanks and containers for ridiculous amounts of gas and components
  • apartments for more players than the game can handle
  • 8 escape pods and 4 larger escape shuttles (design influenced by corporate escape pod)
  • medical centers and cryo bays
  • commercial area without traders or shops (yellow & green sector)
  • lots of advertisement
  • tower and hangar control
  • 2 elevators for personnel and visitors, 2 ship elevators
  • 4 moving landing platforms for repairs


Disclaimer: The station is in theory survival compatible. It has all the tubing and if you don't put it in a gravity well it will be fine. I recommend to lock it to an asteroid. A lot of detail is missing on this station, some maintenance corridors have no lights, some rooms without purpose, airlocks not set up, some signs missing. Wanted to publish it nevertheless, hundreds of hours of work went into this, maybe I will push some updates. SE won’t handle it very well due to it’s size, see details.

ya that is a hard part i still am going to tinker with it some more and see if there is any thing else to tweak on it in my spare time and will do a update to the bp

looks great! really could use some better lighting though. lighting also was what I never got right, it is really difficult to get right with SE

well i think im finally all done with the mods i was going to do to this station after 40+ hours of working on it i will post the update soon need to get picks of it before i post also will post the link here as soon as it is on the workshop

alright so after alot of work im getting close to finishing up the rework that i did and should be abel to post it in the next few days i have also cut out around 2300 blocks with the help of a conveyor mod and some of the reworks i have done
