Faster bow drawing

Description
This mod makes the bow drawing a little faster. Upgrades are proportional to their original draw speed. EX: Hunting bow original draw speed .8250 , new draw speed 1.4. This makes up close bow combat a bit more manageable.

Just to let everyone know. I am not interested in working on this to fix any issues you may have. I made this for myself 5 years ago and will not be adding features

Still a good mod, but just if you ever wanted to fix that, you could probally make the mod look for the bow type/material tag such as Steel, orcish and apply the speed boost based on weapons that have those tags, probably with diminishing gains for the heavier bows. Which I think the bows in game already have and modded bows would also have. But I might be wrong and thats just more work than whats needed for an already good mod so no need to really worry about it just a suggestion.

awww so what your saying it wont let me fire off arrows like a machine gun ?! LOL I like it reguardless awsome mod.
