Changed hacker drone behavior, this drone broadcast self coordinates when successfuly hacked 5 systems.
Broadcasting goes to all players. Other things work like original.

any way to configure which ship tier to be spawned on the server?
coz i want do have a server to just spawn tier 1 ships to be easy for new player
