I could try to make it have less mods. The only mod that IS REQUIRED and I can't go with out is the plates mod, the turning mechanism needs it. Pretty much everything else is aesthetic.

I made a world tile designed like that, i'd be happy to hear if its functional on it. I try to avoid tons of mods so I wont be installing this myself, shame though, looks great.
