Ever started a new faction for the millionth time and asked yourself, why is the tutorial here?

Well. No more.
Because I am a Veteran thanks.

Pushes the tutorial windown waaaaaaaay down into the bottom right of the screen.
Makes it so small, you wont even notice it half the time.

It's an old issue with a simple remidy.
If I could disable it entirely I would, but making it increadibly small is the best we can do. Hahah.
