Description
As requested by the community, this extends the recruitment list of the harbor to include all characters previously only recruitble at villages, namely natives and lizard people. Enjoy the harbor becoming a place for true intercultural exchange and employment opportunities.

cool mod, but it heavily dilutes the recruiting pool, and sorta takes away the specialness of native recruitment
