Distinguishable Flags for Scotland and Gaeldom

This mod gives Scotland their proper national flag, St. Andrew’s Cross, and also replaces the flag of “Gaeldom”, that is to say the Scottish Highlands, with something other than Scotland’s national flag. To say the least, it can be confusing when the (Celtic) Highlands gets Scotland’s Historical flag while Scotland itself using the Royal banner. Moreover, the Gaeldom tag can be a bit confusing to create a flag for, given they didn’t exist as an independent polity from Scotland within the timeframe of the game, and thus they share most of their national banners with Scotland as a whole. The compromise I chose was to create a distinct version of St. Andrew’s Cross based upon the lighter blue of an older version of the flag, and included the green cross sometimes used in unofficial “Highlander” flags.
