Description
Game Description:
In Asteroid, one player controls a team of adventurers attempting to destroy a runaway mining asteroid on a collision course with Earth; the other player controls the evil computer brain that runs the mining station. The good guys must overcome the station's defenses (including various nasty robots), turn off the computer brain, set the asteroid to self-destruct, and escape before it blows. Each of the adventurers has unique characteristics, including ranged and melee combat abilities, computer skills, demolition skills, stealthiness, psychic ability, luck and even emotional attachments to other characters. The computer brain player secretly determines the configuration of the modular boards to form a map of the mining station and deploys robots to prevent the adventurers from shutting it down. Victory levels for the adventurers include World Survival Victory, Personal Survival Victory, Common Decency Victory, Romantic Victory and even an SPCA Victory (involving the outcome with respect to the dog character, Sasha).

PDF rules are on the table.

Notes:
You may or may not want to use hidden zones for the planning map. I just do it all before the game if I'm hosting and playing the computer and flip the chits and put the maps in numerical order on the planning board. I just record the map arrangement on paper. Lucky's record card and the map layout go in my hand. Up to you...

I'll see what I can do. Probably just have to delete and reload them into the cloud.

Hi, I have checked. It seems in the Workshop menu, choosing "Expand" in the Asteriods module, I am able to identify the texture issue. There seems to be 6 objects called "Board Cabinet" (4 on page 1 and 2 on page 2), as well as an object called "Custom Tile" that TTS is unable to load. There is no option for me to not load those item. Do you have them in your module?

Thank you Richthofen, let me give it a shot.... again, thank you for bringing back the classics! Any chance you may consider doing Snapshot? Thanks!

Some boards are locked in place for a reason and they can be unlocked with "l" if you want or need to move them. Any object can be locked in this way if you're afraid of knocking something over. Floating boards are part of TSS's features to get them off tables or even tilted if you like. You have to understand the boardgame a bit to get the nuance of the boards on the right side of the board. They are the actual layout of the station as designed by the computer player. The profs team doesnt see these until they "discover" them as per the rules. At that time you turn them over and transfer the units from the left side (which is a hidden zone only the computer player can see) to the right which is the play area. The whole left side is the setup and play area for the computer player only. Learning TTS at the same time as a nuanced game like Asteroids is a bold move Trooper :) I friended you see feel free to ask questions offline where we can more easilly chat. Good luck.

Hi, I think the Boards in my load somehow are not placed in the right position. I see 1,2, 4-8 are placed on the left side of the table and board 3 is at the upper left hand corner of the 8 board slots and the rest of the seven board slots have the picture of the surface of an asteriod with a yellow question marks. Is this normal? This is how it looks when first loaded and at first I thought it was part of the design but when I can not pick up any of the board I feel this may possibly be an error in the loading. Thanks

Also the I can not grab any of the game board (1-8) except the instruction card. Is this part of the design?

Hi, when I load the game, it says "loading... Load image failed: Unsupported format: UNKNOWN. Supported formates: .jpg, .png, .webm, .mp4, m4v, .mov, .rawt., unity3d" "loading complete."
A dialogue box is up for loading the top and bottom image. My table looks like it is floating on air in the Star Trek TNG Enterprise Corridor. Thanks

Mine loads fine. Can you be more specific of the error message Epc? Or is there an object on the table thats not rendering properly?
