Unlimited Tier 4 Buildings - Boshin No Resources

Beskrivelse
This mod removes all limits on Tier 4 Boshin buildings, including resources.

This means that any clan can build as many Tier 4 buildings as they want.

I was wondering if you could make it so that the Aizu and the Sendai can have like -50 modernization or 50+ tradition points.

I'm tired of building a traditional army, only to have it be modernized in the tech tree because I captured a castle.
