Reworked how manpower is integrated
Added in infastructure expansion
Added factory penalty for factory expansion
Reworked attack and defense bonuses and penalties for decisions
Reworked resources
Resources now take longer (feels like actual construction at the cost of using your precious political power to speed things up)
Reworked politcal power costs
Took out my division spam limiter
Tweaked some attrition tweaks to fit the environment
Tested the political power costs of decisions, seems balanced
Can't abuse the system.
Removed AI manpower buff from the original mod...
Added in two "silent workhorse" advisor decisions

I decided to download this then entirely overhauled it, creating my own version. I thought both yours and the original version of this mod is way overpowered for when playing as a major so I tripled and quadrupled the pp cost for almost all of the decisions. I added longer periods of time till they’re available again, and for these massive nerfs I implemented I decided to make some of the focuses have their bonuses last a month or two longer. By the way, you have 4 non-functional decisions at the top of the decisions panel and you’re missing the idea for the Mercenaries decision to work properly. I had to fix it all.
