Description
Makes the jetpack a bit less OP in survival.
Reduces thrust to 2000N; it was originally 3200N.
Reduces hydrogen efficiency to 0.2x default.
Reduces dampener strength multiplier to 1; it was originally 5 (holy crap).
Reduced thrust can be very annoying in creative on planets, since it's barely enough to fly.
Works with the female engineer.

Should this work on a dedicated server? Seems like not in my testing.

Do you suppose that the speed at which hydrogen bottles refuel the character's hydrogen can be increased? My friends are frustrated that the fuel runs out before the bottles refill, killing them.

I'm having this issue where fuel doesn't work. it can run to zero and I can still fly. It doesn't disba;e the jetpack
