its actually part or ovan evolve lost weapon.
when it is still 'Coming Reincarnation', the original lost weapon which is in vol 3.
in vol 4 after getting him as npc, the lost weapon become Twinstar Rift. which explain the twin part. as his aida form in vol 3, he use 1 bayonet (and 1 aida blade). in vol 4, it(aida blade) combine with the lost weapon and ovan id turn into Twinstar Rift.
