Description
The Mod based off TheChancellor's World of 1860 mod. The mod changes the technology of every country to it's time period. Will be updated. I have made a new version of the mod with all of the features of the game's latest version available in the game's mod section or my profile

If you have mining engineering you need to have at least first level railroads

Just want to ask. I know you can basically build mines as one of the majors from the get go but what are the requirements to build a mine when starting as a dirt poor minor? What do I need to have in place in order for me to expand metals and coal? I have already researched mining engineering yet I can't expand any of the mineral deposits in my country?

When you're in the editor, you go to a nation and scroll down to technologies and remove/add which ones you want.

That's cool. Also the blue flags are like that with everything they don't actually display in the menu.

And about the flags, when cjhoosing the countries in the beginning, i see a lott of blue flags.
