Tranquilizer Hunting Rifle

Description
Adds a powerful Tranquilizer Rifle and Tranquilizer Dart, dealing 350 Instant Torpor and 150 extra Torpor over 5 seconds and only works on Wild Dinos by default.

Configurable INI Options are included to change Torpor Amounts and what it works on ! :)

Having an issue where the rifle is only usable while mounted on a dino any suggestions?
I can equip but does not fire if i am unmounted.

It does no damage at all. Making tames lose no effectiveness.

Great mod, I love it. I prefer it being expensive to make darts since it only does 1 damage and can basically fire 10 rounds in no time!
