[TFA][AT] Winchester Model 1887

Description
Winchester Model 1887 ported from Left 4 Dead 2 to Garry's Mod and running on TFA Base.
Features small set of attachments, high-quality assets and melee bashing (+zoom).

i only know two possible problems with cw 2.0:
1 - too many ammotypes when too much custom packs is installed
or 2 - it conflicts with dlib
other than that it should work with tfa base just fine
