Atlantic Channel - Now with TSL

Description
The world has tilted and created a narrow channel between Africa and South America. Will you explore the world through shallow water ways or bottle up the Atlantic with your navy? Cross the water with your army or cross with settlers? It's up to you. Have fun.

Now with True Start Locations! Hope this works, because I've only just figured out how to set up a TSL map.

@hardychris016 I don't see why not, probably. All I'd say is considering that it's a huge map, go easy on the amount of mods you use as it might start struggling as you go along
