Did you check for that? If so, no need in reading this paragraph. A leak is an opening into "the void". Source maps need to be closed off in themselves in order for lighting to work. Just search for "hammer editor leak" and you should find something,
I also noticed that there was a wall that wasn
t flush to another wall, maybe you should snap the objects to the grid.
