Description
What is this?
This just makes the electric whip very strong. Electric Whip I base damage is 667 I believe.
Do keep in mind this makes the game waaay easier.

Installation
Enable mod support in Settings->Gameplay after you subscribe. Don't forget to restart your run.

Can you buff it a little instead of making it really op?
