Master's Sanctuary

Description
Tired of the anti-climatic rewards to completing the thieves guild quests? Want a place closer by to the Ragged Flagon so you can keep eye on your new guild? Well look no further...

This is my first mod and right now is a standby home for the theives guild master. I intend this to eventually be a reward for defeating Mercer and becoming the leader of the guild. Also, there will eventually be a NPC quest giver who will provide quests to future expansions/dungeons.

To get access to the sanctuary you will have to get the key from the key box in Ragged Flaggon. This key box is located in the back corner by the shelves and mead barrels (see photo). The entrance to the sanctuuary is beyond the secret door to the thieves guild/cistern so you will have to complete a couple quests before you can get entrance.

In its current form, this is just the home and includes several bookshelves, mannequins, weapons racks, etc. Please take a look and tell me if anything needs to be fixed. This is my first mod and initial release.

Fixed the issues with the mannequins....I hope

Love this mod, but the mannequins aren't displaying armor at all

I'm sorry, I just can't find the entrance. Could you post a picture please?

i like this a lot. all of the other questlines you end up with your own special residence except for the theives guild (harbringers room, archmage quarters, master bedroom in the dawnstar sanctuary). i only found one little problem, my game crashes when i enter the riften jail. its not that big of a deal since i have no reason to go down there anyways and i don't plan on getting arrested. but still it would be nice if that wasn't a problem.

I couldn't go in to Understone Keep without crashing to desktop with this mod. This is unfortunate since the mod itself is great.

A very nice housing mod. Cleverly laid out and full of nice detail. I'm also running "The Sounds of Skyrim: Dungeons", and the added atmosphere makes this a fantastic thieves lair. I do have a couple of comments however:
Shouldn't the statue in the garden be of Nocturnal rather than (I think) Mara?
The map table in the center room is back-to-front. When sitting in the chair, the map is upside down...
Please remove the stuffed moose from the bedroom - it just looks wacky. Oh, and your bear is floating 6" off the floor.
Like Bu5hwook said: there's a blank door in the garden. I actually think it looks quite good, but maybe it should go somewhere. The Ratrun maybe? A ladder leading to a covered well by the Riften stables? (as a quick escape route).

why is there a random door in the green room

Looking good, but I would consider removing the spoiler from the description in case some players have not gotten that far yet. :C
