This is based on a what-if scenerio based on the idea of what if the Voyager crew upon discovering they would have to pass through Borg-Space to get home did decide to halt thier journey home and set-down roots in the Delta Q. ( as was discussed at that point in the Voyager series. ) and so instead of continuing home thet stayed in the Delta Q. and Janeway founded a new Federation in the D e l t a Q . Note = If anyone knows how to create Custom Citizens please contact me because I would love to create the main Voyager Crew.
