Description
This time it's straight into the action with the third installment of the Power Tower series! Never before or ever again will you experience something this omnipotent in your life! It is reported that playtesters (Ducks harvested from AGSB) have given up on life to play this level forever, and some had their alleged brains allegedly ripped from their alleged skulls due the very-real unalleged raw force of the tower itself!
As with the trilogy rules, anyone is up for evisceration. No-one is safe in this tower. 4 ducks have had their homes literally lifted from the ground and into the sky to fight, and to up the stakes even further Satoru Iwata himself locked away grenade launchers to add some spice to the blood-filled mix.
After the success of the recent Power Tower 2.0, Adult Swim Corp. contacted Nintendo again in one last attempt to take the glory for themselves and take over the Power Tower series. The DVD case of Shark Tales however was mysteriously ripped apart during the height of the second Power Tower's success, possibly due to it going quackers with the suicide gun or, as some suspected, Fowl Play (there's your title) from Nintendo. Adult Swim Corp. knew they were finished, and shut down in 1998, only for SEGA to take the mantle of Nintendo's arch-enemy. Some believe that Shark Tales is still behind the fight, as the DVD was itself was never found at the crime scene, and he may have been out to avenge his fallen brothers.
Behind the scenes Reggie was back with a vengeance, and unbeknownst to everyone, he had constructed this level, recieving support from Iwata along the way. However the duo ruffled some feathers in their plight and are now in hiding, yet to be seen.
This third tower has been created from the salvaged wreck of the first tower, which landed on desolate snow terrain. While many towers remain in the skies (in the background of other levels), this is the ultimate one, fuelled by a Chaos Emerald that fell out of Sonic's back pocket.
Can you make it up the pecking order to eliminate the opposition and uncover secrets behind the story of the tower? Probably not, becuase there aren't any. Or are there?
4 ducks. 3 losers. 2 grenade launchers. 1 winner (and a partridge in a pear tree).
