Description
Singapore Land Tower is a skyscraper located in the Central Business District of Singapore, near Raffles Place MRT station.

Check out my collection (link above or click the sentence) for more Singaporean skyscrapers like the Republic Plaza and the Marina Bay Sands complex.
My aim is to make as much of the Singaporean skyline as possible before the Singapore's National Day, which is on the 9th of August, so check often for new skyscrapers that I would be releasing.

Information:
Tris: 974, 234 (a bit high for LOD, but it's the lowest I can get and yet keep the shape of the roof area)
Texture: 2048, no custom LOD texture (game generated appears fine)
Dimensions: 3 x 3 (24m x 24m)
Height: 95m

Unique building level 3
Unlocked at all levels
Can be built as long as you haven't built it yet, despite the icon (I do not know how to fix that)

Scale: roughly 1:2 (no intention to make 1:1)

Thanks a lot, I wasn't aware of that. Definitely gonna try this! :)

I'm sorry to hear that, but there are reasons why I chose 1:2. I make the asset as part of an attempt to recreate my city in CS, and I had figured out that 1:2 is the best compromise.

However, I have a tip I can give you, if you are not aware of it already. You can scale any asset as you like (larger or smaller) in the Asset Editor. Simply choose the desired asset in the editor as template, but scale it by any factor you want. If you want to convert 1:2 to 1:1, simply type 2 into the box at the import screen.

Is there a reason you don't scale your buildings 1:1? I like your assets but I unsubscribed because the look too tiny in my city. Sorry about that.
