Portimoro Peninsula

Description
Mostly slopes and flat terrain. The National Highway passing through the starting area is probably best kept as is, and connect roads with zoning to it, to keep your city from being overflooded with traffic. Through-traffic will not use the National Highways (as I've seen when building on it). All areas of the map should be easily accessible by road, either exits from highways or national roads, where you can connect any kind of roads, directly. When it comes to Resources I've concentrated them. 3 small areas with ore, 1 large area with oil, a very large area of Fertile Land, along the shore, close to the starting area. There are forests all over the map.

You start almost at the edge in the north-east of the map. This was done because I didn't want to place water where the starting tile usually is.

When I make maps I use Terrain Generator, modify the terrain to my liking, correct the terrain for roads, place the roads and then revert the terrain before I finally modify the terrain to fit the roads. For me the roads are as important as the terrain; roads that are badly made, or doesn't fit the terrain makes me seriously frustrated, which is the reason I've started making my own maps, as most map makers doesn't seem to care too much.

I'm a sucker for Arisandi's intersections, so all 4 are made by him.
3 way U-turn REWORK
Birmingham Spaghetty Junction
RLI Oyamazaki (Update & Check 2018)
Formosa Fwy (update)
They have been modified to fit the roads, and I've tried to get ridd of all lights that pops up in the roads above. The modifications have been done as best I can, without any "skijumps" and keeping as closely to the original as possible.

Since there are "National Highways" included in the map you will need Traffic Manager: President Edition to prevent traffic crossing the highways or making U-turns. It isn't required, but I highly recommend it.

Network Extensions 2 is needed because of the 4-lane highways I use. Why do I use them? Because they render the inside of tunnels, plain and simple.

I highly recommend using 81 Tiles (Fixed for 1.2+) as the map is made for all tiles to be used.

Some minor modifications was done after I took the pictures, but nothing I think you will notice, except I removed the "Fertile Land" from the starting area.

If you like it please give it a thumbs up.

If you find anything wrong, or odd, please tell me.
