An iconic part of the skyline in Sydney, Australia.
This is a 1:1 recreation of the tower, it is an improved version of my original Sydney Tower item, but I decided to keep them separate. You can still use that one or even have one of each in your city. It includes the contemporary Westfield mall and office block at the base, with a subtle glass submesh. It is based off the Grand Mall in terms of stats, but I bumped up the number of jobs a bit to reflect the combined space.

When I first made the Sydney Tower I chose the reduced scale because of its size relative to buildings in the vanilla game. I hope the screenshots convey the scale - the Sydney Tower is very tall (309m). It will work best if you have other tall buildings to pair it with. I intend to create more of Sydney's skyscrapers in the future.

Please make sure you subscribe to my bollard asset if you want it to show up in the model.

MLC (25MP) was one of the very first towers I made in 2019, but as always it's the plaza where things get complicated, haha. Thank you. Hoping for some good news on the CS2 editor this year.

The name Centrepoint was unique. Now just Sydney tower sounds like Australia square tower nothing special. Mind you Centrepoint was also a place in New Zealand which was a cult community of hippies and other activities that has sine closed down around 2001 the same time this name changed here so wondering if that's got anything to do with name change> It was a cult set up by Bert Potter and was on 60 mins for the controversy of unsavoury sex practices.

It was officially renamed to Sydney Tower when Westfield took over in 2001.
