The first Martianborn is always a celebrity (adds extra trait, doesn't replace any).
If you added the mod to a saved game, then it's whoever is born next.

I see your doing requests i think, at some point can you make a mod disable suicide and/or breakdowns, thanks! Some including myself find the suicide very triggering. also the fact that i lose 15% of my colony's population too suicide every 30 days is a bummer
