Because people have enjoyed this design I've made a armored lvl 10 version

The Roll Rover V-2 is designed to be a early game / nomadic base for players. Designed to be as self contained as possible it has everything you could need while moving around. Four miniguns keep it safe from wondering drones and a player drone launch area allows for deployment of drones for mining (f5) from the safety of the hv.

I marked the work area with hazard strips so long as your standing inside of it facing the direction of the closest arrow the drone will launch 95% of the time. This allows you to mine without worry of spiders / dinos / cold / hot / radiation / acid rain / laser squirrels / that neibor who is a bit to chatty. (disclaimer has not been tested against laser squirrels or neibors)

Has enough thrust to pretty much climb most hills that aren't strait up.

2 side panels allow access to the large cargo containers from the outside so you don't have to run back and forth through the door to transfer supplies.

In Standby mode (single switch turns all rcs / thrusters / hover off) has 48 hours of power for multiplayer or survival mode.

Side mounted harvesters allow for easy clearing of paths without having to ram (and get stuck) the center of your hv into tree's.

On the back is a space for a laser drill (marked) to let it become a portable mining barge dropped off from a cv.

Will fit through a 3x5 hanger door so even small cv's can carry it

Switch that drops landing gear - opens side doors - and turns off rcs/thrusters/hoverpods for power save while outside.

Note - the orginal roll rover was a bit of a joke on my friend as he kept rolling his hv over all the time - so I designed it to be anti flip and while we were talking we kept trying to make it roll over till point we just called it the roll rover.

the armored version - real doors with better ramps - fully automated to open as player comes toward them - doubled the roof - swaped it to combat armor - reinforced the glass - made the cockpit and cargo area into different zones - added flood lights to outside on a switch for night work ect ect

I'm going to also release a armored version of it since people seem to like it to make it a bit more tanky - repalcing all the armor and glass with armored versions to give it a bit of a later game use - going to raise it to lvl 10 install normal doors as well and such

Have been using the Roll Rover for 4 or 5 days now, I love it. Lots of room inside, plenty of storage options, large overhead doors great for Drone work. This is my new main harvesting machine/mobile base until I can afford to build a CV, but even then it is still useful for exploring, collecting wood, and setting out as a defense point as the 4 miniguns on top can chew through almost any enemy attack. Thanks for the Roll Rover, it has been a lot of fun.

fixed the hover pod issue - I had moved them right at the end and forgot to reprogram them - just put out a update that makes all 4 pods linked to the switch they should now all start in the default Off mode till you use the switch turning them all on and sealing the doors

Love it! I did notice that the front 2 hover engines don't come on by default, which is not super evident until you're sinking in a lake or someone else mentions that your nose is dragging on the ground. :P Otherwise, more lights! Great job
