Revenge of the USTA Custom Campaign (TESTING)

Description
This consists of the 2nd level in my planned revenge of the USTA campaign (the 1st wont work until mpds work again), would greatly appreciate feedback on. No combat in this level, but high difficulty.



Pluto is useful.

Unfortunately I have largely forgotten how to do most of the modding, haven't touched it in half a year. I had also largely abandoned this campaign to work on a new one before I ended up leaving the game.

@Radium_Bullet That's a shame since it seems to be the only campaign that both works and looks extremely promising in terms of further expansion.
Any chances you might reconsider?

CDE really needs some love in terms of fresh content.

I kinda stopped modding, anybody feel free to edit or continue this however they see fit.

@Radium_Bullet I also see you have added explosive monoprop tanks to your deep space telescope so I expect some sort of defense mission later on - maybe you could change it to hydrazine and add some minimalist verniers to it, so that the tanks wouldn't be so blatantly there just to make it explode when shot?

For some reason I could not complete the Titan to Pluto transfer mission despite joining the pluto fleet with my transport - what gives? Should I take the decoys with me as well?

Everything else seems to work well (apart from lag and UI screwing up during long range manoeuvring, so I was effectively flying blind, thankfully with this amount of dv manoeuvring doesn't require much finesse) and I'm really interested in the remainder of the campaign.
Feel free to use my ships (or derive from them), but take note that they work best controlled by the player due to being fiddly.

The Community materials pack and any other mods will not be required in the final product. I just forgot i used it in one of my modules :/ it will be fixed
