A.E.S. Frere

Adair Exploration and Sciences is proud to present to the general public, the A.E.S. Frere. The Frere is a light, cheap, and great all round exploration ship. It is very efficient with its large reactor bay as well as powerful Ion thrusters. It is understandable that space is dangerous, so the Frere comes pre equiped with 4 light defence turrets. One on the top, one on the nose, and two on either side of its engine bays.

The Frere comes with a pre installed interior. It consists of two controll chairs, one pilots chair, two cryochambers, a medical bay, and plenty of storage. Even though the Frere comes with many basic necesities, it does have one downside, power. The Frere is unable to escape atmospheric planets if it starts to decend, though it can handle nonatmospheric bodies perfectly. *Warranty void if used in atmosphere*

The Frere is a first attempt at a basic and low cost (material wise) ship with all the basic necesities for exploration, however, it is not intended to go up against anything that has other firepower as its turrets are only for defence, couple that with its low atmospheric power, then you get a ship that, not only is designed for exploration, but one that is ONLY for exploration.
