Description
Ran out of fuel? Blame scientists for not designing it to carry more fuel.


It blew up mid-flight? Blame the engineers for not building it propely.


The rocket randomly turns towards the planet killing all passangers? Blame it on the A.I. that controlled the rocket(even though you were controlling it).


People start realizing you made the rocket to kill kerbals and not for space trasportation? Blame it on Danny2462 for hacking into the schematic files before the rocket was constructed.
