Camari's Project Honor Camo - Fixed

In a matter of minutes, I "fixed" a skin that was four years outdated. This revision allows the camo to be applied on the unarmored security character.
There are no hand models provided in this skin.

For anyone who wants to update outdated skins for security forces, copy the "us_light_color.vtf" file from the "us_light" folder and paste it in a new folder called "us_base" and rename the vtf to "us_light_noarmor_color.vtf"

It will make the unarmored skin the same as the light armor, but at least he won't stick out with vanilla skins.
