I can. But it's easy to do, you can do it yourself.
1. Open mod file that installed from chucklefish forum
2. Delete 'floranhurt_female1'
3. Duplicate 'humanhurt_female2' and rename it to 'floranhurt_female1'
Now floran's voice will be changed.

And you can edit floran chatter voice too.
1. Open mod folder
2. Duplicate 'human_chatter_female1' 6 times
3. Rename them to 'floran_chatter_female1' 'floran_chatter_female2' 'floran_chatter_female3' 'floran_chatter_female4' 'floran_chatter_female5' 'floran_chatter_female6'

If you failed, or felt it's difficult, please tell me. I will make new mod. But it will take some time.

I tried to find bug, but it worked fine. So I don't know how to fix it. Sorry.
