Magic Orc Race

Description
Changes the orc race so that they have the high elf racial abilities as well as some slightly improved magic starting stats. For those of you who want to be an orc mage made a little something for you.

Starting Skills:
Heavy Armour: 5
Smithing: 5
One-Handed: 5
Two-Handed: 5
Block: 5
Enchanting: 10
Destruction: 10

Starting magicka: 55 (normal is 50)
Magicka regen: 3.5 (normally 3)
