Prolog

Hello all together ! This one is a little side project between the bigger ones. :)
I really don`t know if somebody is still using "regular" park assets... but this one is just
a "park".


About the building

I called it art gallery because the building is a modernised, half broken down, old
brick building with a new modern glass part. They do those things these times ... :) and
they often use those buildings for galleries, dancing studios or everything else thats related to culture.


About the model

The model has a tris count of 3345 with a 1024² texture. The lod counts 82 tris with a 128² texture.
The glass part of the building is a prop, which is included in the download. That prop has 120 tris and
a 512² texture. There is no lod for that prop, because it won´t work with the rotor shader.
(hidden lod: 2 tris, 8² texture)

Looked at how empty it is, man I don't have any paintings to hang in there... But oh well, throw in random trash, get yourself a neat modern art exhibition. Clothes drying on ropes, topiaries, miniature furniture, fancy. Dirty mattresses and boxes in a corner, that's a designated dumpster diving area, fun for the whole family, gotta teach em young, eh. Come enjoy the infamous ball pit from DashCon. My whole city is gonna have a blast :wololo:

@Clunk Thanks ! :) I didnt include this, because it is one of my very fist 3d models I´ve ever created.... so to speak an "early work" and I am not that satisfied with it anymore. :/ Not that I dont like it, but I think it doesnt fit the other buildings ...

This is such a lovely building. Not sure why it's not included in your 'buildings collection'. I only stumbled a cross it a while ago when I was working my way through your entire workshop list just in case I'd missed something, and I had. Great work, clus. Love your buildings.

@BoxHead Thank you again ! ;) It is always great to hear that people appreciate your work ! ;) And I think that counts for all asset or mod creators. It really really does that for me. And yes, I think that everybodys goal is it to improve the game further and to keep it going on for a long time.... everybody is a part of it ... the creators and the users... especially without any user, there would be no need for any creator ... ;) so ... thx again. Very much appreciated...
