Description
Allows the Hydroponic basins to be constructed outside, not sure why they cant origionally anway. for stylistic reasons i'd recommend putting a tent over them though.

Hydroponics are grown indoors to simulate the environment the plant requires to grow. That's why you can't construct them outside. If you are going to build them outside, a farm gives you more crops and requires no power so there would be no point of building external hydroponics

this breaks the purpose of hydroponics
